Professional Background

Mr. Lemanowicz is a founding partner of Lemanowicz LLP and dedicates the majority of his practice to the representation of major wireless communications service providers and tower development companies.   Over the last decade, he has established himself as an authority on telecommunications land use law.  Mr. Lemanowicz's practice encompasses all aspects of Pennsylvania and New Jersey business formation, lease negotiations, zoning, land use litigation, and appellate advocacy.  He also represents green infrastructure companies that require zoning approval for utility scale solar facilities, and  individuals who seek real estate development and condominium association relief in civil court.  Mr. Lemanowicz is appointed as an arbitrator, and regularly hears and decides a wide variety of civil cases in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
