Mrs. Lemanowicz is a co-founding partner of Lemanowicz LLP and brings extensive litigation and appellate expertise to the firm.  Before she entered private practice, Mrs. Lemanowicz served a combined five years as an Assistant District Attorney in Lancaster and Montgomery Counties, Pennsylvania.  In that role, she successfully argued precedential cases before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.  She also prosecuted hundreds of cases in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which involved major homicide, white collar and economic crime, and many other offenses.  During her time in the Montgomery County District Attorney's office, Mrs. Lemanowicz was promoted to the position of courtroom captain.  She now devotes her practice to the representation of major wireless communications and tower development companies in all aspects of Pennsylvania and New Jersey zoning and land use litigation, with an emphasis on appellate advocacy.  Mrs. Lemanowicz is also appointed to serve as an arbitrator, and hears and decides a wide variety of civil cases within Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County.
