Lemanowicz LLP Attorney Recognized as "Rising Star"

Lemanowicz LLP attorney Gregory F. Brown is identified as a "Rising Star" in the 2011 edition of Law & Politics Magazine's Pennsylvania Super Lawyers publication.  The distinction is awarded to 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys who are either under the age of 40 or have practiced for less than 10 years.  Attorneys are selected for inclusion on the basis of a rigorous selection process, which takes into account peer nominations and 12 distinct indicators of professional achievement.

Lemanowicz LLP Secures Trend-Setting Opinion

The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has opined that federal courts within the Third Circuit are required to defer to the Federal Communications Commission’s interpretation of the "significant gap" standard in cases brought pursuant to section 332(c)(7)(B)(ii)(II) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.  The Eastern District’s opinion was issued in Liberty Towers, LLC v. Township of Lower Makefield, (E.D. Pa. Docket No. 10-1666), which is being handled by firm attorneys Richard J. Lemanowicz, Crystal J. Fisher, and Gregory F. Brown.

Approval for Tower Extension Granted

The Zoning Board of Adjustment of Robbinsville Township, New Jersey has granted zoning approval for the extension of an existing monopole tower.  Firm attorney Melissa Murray Rigney successfully obtained a variance for the expansion of an existing non-conforming use on behalf of one of the firm's major telecommunications clients.

Strict Variance Standard Met


A building permit has been issued to Lemanowicz LLP client Liberty Towers by New Garden Township, Pennsylvania.  The permit was issued after firm attorneys Richard J. Lemanowicz and Crystal J. Fisher obtained a variance from the Township's Zoning Hearing Board on behalf of Liberty.
