Professional Background
Ms. Rigney is an accomplished trial attorney whose experience spans a number of legal disciplines. She focuses her practice on the representation of the firm's telecommunications clients before municipal entities and state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Rigney also represents the firm's clients in commercial and estate planning matters.
Ms. Rigney is a graduate of Widener University Law School, where she was named to the Dean's Honor List and admitted to the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society. During law school, Ms. Rigney attended evening classes while working full time for the Honorable Albert John Snite, Jr. and Marlene Lachman of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. She was a member of Widener's ATLA Student Trial Advocacy Competition Team, and was a semi-finalist in the Michigan State University-Detriot College of Law National Trial Advocacy Competition. She also assisted indigent clients in the Pennsylvania Civil Law Clinic as a Pennsylvania Supreme Court Certified Intern.
