Professional Background

Ms. Fisher has substantial experience in representing developers in all areas of zoning and land development, including litigation and appearances before various Pennsylvania and New Jersey municipal bodies.  Ms. Fisher’s clients include many of the major wireless telecommunication companies, wireless telecommunication tower companies, and local and national real estate developers.  In addition to her zoning and land use planning practice, Ms. Fisher is a member of the Upper Hanover Township Zoning Hearing Board, and acts as special counsel to Pennsylvania municipalities that require representation in various aspects of municipal law. Ms. Fisher also represents individuals in estate and trust matters, which range from the drafting  of a basic will to probating an estate.
